I'm asking myself this more and more, trying to remember the way that things were, and contemplating how I could replicate what once was to free myself of Modern Internet, that of which praises polarity and hyper monetization, and rejects creativity and authenticity.
What if I could freely explore my thoughts, my desires, without that fear? What if I could celebrate the difference facets of my identity through different websites, without the pressure to polish my thoughts or market myself? What if I could simply be allowed to exist, without having to earn it? What if I could free myself of fear and censorship by creating a safe space from scratch, without the constraints of another platform's limited structures and rules?
